Had a really nice stay this weekend room was very clean and nicely furnished. Staff are very helpful polite and friendly. I had a small problem and Alex on reception sorted it out for me with minimal fuss. Thank you Alex and rest of staff for making my short stay enjoyable. Would recommend hotel for a great stay. Hope to come back in the future

It's one of my favorite place in the Liverpool area. Everything is perfect. Rooms are as clea as they can be and personnel is very nice. The breakfast is great and you may ask for anything you fancy! I also have my dinner at the hotel restaurant. Great food and reasonable price.

Having had a flood in my own apartment, I was forced to leave the premises. The management company paid for my stay in the River Hill Hotel as I suffer from Severe Emphysema and could not stay at home. The RiverHill Hotel last evening was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful. Very warm right through the night. The heating didn't get turned off or down. I had a twin room, en suite walk-in shower and toilet. The facilities were great. Sweets and complimentary crisps as well as a good range of drinks and toiletries. I couldn't stay for breakfast unfortunately, but I would stay there again for a luxurious restful night's sleep.

I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here, and the staff were excellent, everything was so well planned it went incredibly smoothly for our nervous bride! They were very attentive to my dietary needs. The venue is very small for such a large gathering, however, which put off one of our dearest friends from staying for the party.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room we stayed in was very tastefully furnished, including an incredibly comfortable four poster bed. When we arrived, there was a wedding breakfast taking place and it struck me as an ideal venue for this kind of event. In the evening, we dined in the hotel restaurant. One of the main reasons for staying at the hotel was because the 2010 Masterchef Professional winner, Claire Lara, is the head chef, so we both tried the taster menu. 7 courses later, we were suitably full. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. It was all priced very reasonably too. All in all, we enjoyed a fantastic stay and the hotel, plus restaurant, is highly recommended.
