My favourite pub in Liverpool. Traditional pub with amazing food and service. The staff are so friendly. Our lad likes it and so does the dog as he loves the sausages. Thumbs up from us.
We loved the Sunday lunch! ❤️ The atmosphere is beautiful, very British experience.
Visited on a Thursday afternoon - seat yourself and order at the bar. Ordered a couple beers, scouse, onion rings, nachos, and halloumi wrap. With the exception of the nachos (we're used to California quality nachos, haha) - everything was delicious! My husband loved the Scouse and dipped onion rings into it. The onion rings were very good and breaded so nicely. I loved the halloumi wrap and seasoned fries that came with it. Would definitely recommend and visit again! Staff was friendly and atmosphere was very quaint and nice.
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cider choice was limited, but good. Main (railway burger) was AMAZING! Chips beautifully seasoned, and onion rings crispy and fresh. Pudding was a touch disappointing in comparison, but not bad.
Amazing Sunday lunch - 3 courses for £15!! Service, food and atmosphere are second to none. Love the beauty and elegance of this stunning pub. Food was served quickly, hot and fab portions, as well as quality and well presented. Will be back again very soon. Many many thanks!!
