We had two Gammon steaks both Luke warm the chips were warmer than the chips but not hot. We Olson had a rump Steak well done it was like a lump of meat not like a Steak but was rare was taken back re cooked very burnt but was still rare l could have told them it was to thick. We Complained but the server told other customers had said the Gammons were cold. They also kept running short of forks , The Staff could be more welcoming and informative like telling were the Cutlery and condiments were.

Myself and family have eaten here on quite a few occasions and always found the meals to be very tasty and good value for money. The bar staff have always been very friendly and the atmosphere in the pub has always been good. Definitely can recommend the Gammon which was very well cooked and plentiful.

Absolutely lovely environment, myself and my family of 4 went for dinner on Friday evening and were served by a lovely lady called Debbie, she couldn’t do anymore for us. Having just moved to the area this was our first time. The food was a good price and came out quickly. Debbie was very attentive and made sure that everything was ok with our meals. We stayed for a couple more drinks and had a great time, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely looking pub inside and our. I had dinner here and had the double hunters chicken..mmmm very tasty. Food was hot as it should be Very clean Nice decor Very big Outside seating for 200 people!! Great in the summer They even have Chesterfield chairs very comfortably Helpful staff Great pint Will return soon

Lovely pub nicely decorated feels welcoming and cosy when you walk in. Staff are helpful and professional. I had buttermilk Italian style chicken with chips and salad .. very tasty came out nice and hot. The other half had the double hunters chicken with chips and peas equally tasty Good pub grub in lovely surroundings
