We Had Roast meals x 2 tonight lamb and pork...and they was quite simply - absolutely delicious epic perfection... iam fussy and I couldn't fault it 1 bit....Fantastic 💯👌
Stunning pub in the most beautiful location. A warm welcome awaits you. The accommation is well thought out and everything is thought of. The food is delicious and the staff are welcoming, attentive and couldn't be any more helpful. A must try 👌
Had meals meals in the past which were very good but on this occasion we had a limited choice as the Sunday roast meats had run out, we were served chips instead of roast potatoes, limited vegetables (one cauliflower cheese floret between four of us! ). If they had advised us the Sunday roast was not fully available we could have chosen something else from the menu. Service was a bit slow. On the plus side our friends stayed overnight and found the room very clean and comfortable.
Most friendly and welcoming staff providing excellent food, drink and offering very clean and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended.
Lovely old fashioned pub with real ale and in a lovely setting across the road from a beautiful trickling river . Food was excellent and reasonably priced as was the beer . Well worth a visit .
