Excellent long standing local two bar suburban pub. Serves four regular beers along with two guest beers, mainly from local brewers. Draught Bass often available as a guest beer. The pub is on a main bus route, close to Snuff Mills and the University of the West of England, and only a short drive from the M32. The "secret" large garden to the rear overlooking the Frome Valley has won multiple awards and just has to been seen if you arrive in daylight. TV and darts area to the rear leads on to the patio/smoking area. Cheddar Valley and Thatchers Traditional cider available.

Nice small pub. Definitely a local pub, in the nest way possible - everyone seems to know everyone. Decently priced drinks as well as karaoke on offer, and a few dogs wandering around the place!
Only popped in for a pint whilst walking past. So glad I did. I met the resident bulldog "Eric". A couple of locals introduced themselves and praised the local pub and said how great it was. I intend to make this my local.

Great traditional English pub with a couple of British Bulldogs to greet you. Excellent real ale, food and service. Lovely multi level garden. Highly recommended.
Lovely pub with amazing garden, also covered courtyard with tables where you can order at a hatch. Very friendly, great views.
