Enthusiastic landlady has plans for major improvements. Well supported village pub. Enchanting lounge, with benches, low ceiling and fireplace. Feels cosy.
Great friendly village pub. The sunday roast was very good - tasty, very well cooked veggies and large portions - and great value for money. And dog friendly.
Wow, the food was amazing, the best chicken iv ever tasted (and I eat a lot of chicken) it's cosy. The staff are lovely it's one of those places where you don't want to leave. The meat pizza was very tasty as well .
Stayed in Long Marton this weekend for our anniversary and the Masons was about a 5 min drive from the pod, rang in advance to book for food and the lady was super helpful. I got the meat feast pizza which was massive (didn’t think I’d finish but powered through) and the Mrs got a sriracha chicken burger, with salt and pepper fries to share. Very glad we went here for our anniversary meal as it was perfect! Warm, friendly, the service was excellent and very quick. Staff are top notch, if we’re in the area again we’ll be sure to visit again. Many thanks!
Small village dog friendly pub with a good selection of ales and beers. Serves very tasty food the chips are fantastic.
Cracking little pub with good atmosphere and the best steak and ale Pie going! Really good local ales and excellent grub ! Only here for one night but if longer would definitely be back again! Cheers Edit - forgot to say they welcomed our two well behaved border terriers in the bar while we ate ! Which is great too
