About us

The Marlbank was taken over by new owners in 2018. With a great selection of cask ales, craft beers, gins and single malts! We’re a public house and we have grown a massive amount since our inception! Having serious heritage with North Indian food, what started as a POP-UP North INDIAN kitchen- literally took the town by storm. There are no complications, no smoke screens, no overprice menus, we love all and serve all- and we think its starting to show. Tourism is massive for Malvern, we’re equipped with a campsite holding near 22 pitches with electric hookup.

We’re relentlessly driven put the Marlbank Inn, Malvern / Welland on the map. We’re not tweed, we’re non-pretentious- it’s the kind of space you can be yourself, getaway from the city and enjoy the walks and kick back in the evening! Calm and inviting; the pub and dining room feature two cosy open fires, wood-panelled walls and all the trimmings you’d expect from a quaint, traditional setting. We tend to be quite busy all year round, so please email us for booking info. Thank you to all of our visitors!.

My favourite place to go. We have been in our motorhome twice now and stayed over after having a meal. The food is by far some of the tastiest I have ever ate. The staff are always very friendly and cannot do enough for you.

Free off road campervan parking with/without electric hook up. Menu choices were not overwhelming as with most Indian restaurants. Starters were generous & delicious. Found the main course dishes very tasty but a little 'saucy'. Good selection of ales & drinks and welcoming log burner in restaurant. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant. Looking forward to visiting when the outside street food area is open in the spring. Waiting staff were a little 'underenthusiastic' and needed to tie their beautiful hair back so it doesn't get in the food.

Wonderful curry a chicken makhani and a chicken korma, basmati rice and a coriander nann. Beautifully served and cooked. Glorious if you want cheap tasteless curry not the place for you. Aromatic spiced you could taste the flavours of each ingredient, wonderful food. We didn't use the hotel we just used the restaurant for a Wednesday night it was really busy. What better recommendation than that...

Stopped off here at the end of a day of walking. Even though we hadn't booked a table, a place was found for us on what was expected to be a busy night by extremely friendly staff. We ordered the sharing platter and a couple of sides between us and the food was incredible. My partner said that she would happily travel the hour's journey just to eat here again.

Used the adjoined campsite with camper van, with electric. Showers were hot, facility to empty waste & pot wash area. Toilets were open 24/7 which are part of the pub. Made use of the pub and ate while there was a good meal.
