Excellent place for tourist I got sea view room ..it was amazing!! Don’t worry about parking, tourist can buy tourist permit through pay by phone and can park anywhere and in any parking bays….bays available just opposite to hotel next to beach…overall very good experience Big thanks to Mr.Neil!!
Probably the worst room i have ever paid to stay in. Decor very tired, cobwebs in the corners, bathroom needed ripping out and all replacing. Hair drier didn't even have a plug on it, just left with 2 bare wires. TV like a small computer monitor that had a red line through the picture. We stayed for 5 nights and no one cleaned or changed towels in that time. I would never stay there again. More like a Hostel. Kevin Gilbert
Wonderful place, rooms dated but very clean and bright. Neil and his team were great. Great location stayed 4 nights, would stay again if i can have the same room. No tea spoon in room but we managed.
rating it 1 star as it was not what I expected, Room pictures on the OYO website are misleading! The Hotel -Front door - I was given access code for the front door but it didn't have a keypad and it was always open. -Hallways to the rooms - very dirty and dark with visible plaster boards on the ceiling. Amenities TV - turned on but could not be turned off, so had to take the plug off. TV remote - was dirty and sticky. Free WIFI - didn't work, reported to the Manager but nothing happened. Tea / coffee - the kettle was very dirty and full of limescale, coffee / milk / sugar was never got replenished. Room service - stayed at the hotel for 3 days and room service didn't exist. The Room -The carpet in was very dirty. -BEDS - was clean and comfortable -Furniture's - was dirty and some broken. - Room window - had great view -Bed side lights - only 1 worked out of 3 -Ceiling fan - was missing a blade so it didn't work The bathroom -The handle on the tap was missing -Mirror light didn't work and no power to the shaver plug -Shower head was blocked with lime scale and with missing O-ring between the pipe and the head - most of the water was coming out from the bottom. -shower door rollers was broken so every time we closed the door it kept coming out of the track.
Do not deserve 1 Star I would give 0 Star. Avoid this hotel al all the cost. Misleading listings and terrible maintenance issues. Zero concern for cleaning or repairs. During the booking I was told there is parking but when reached to the hotel there was no parking available and no one at the hotel front to help Bathroom light was not working for whole of 3 days stay and in the room everything broken and dirty. Sigle bed mattress was broken / damaged. Wall electric sockets were broken, night lights were not working, broken hairdryer and filthy shower Guest WIFI was not working. Mentioned this to staff repeating but not fixed. The standard single tiny TV which was not working. Kettle was very dirty, No room services provided 3 days, no towels changed, no milk/coffee provided. There was no one to welcome us and no way to get any help only via getting involved no one at the front desk otherwise. There was a smell of cannabis in the hotel everywhere. Avoid, avoid, avoid
