My wife and daughter had a Spa afternoon yesterday. Their second visit. They said it was brilliant. The food, the treatments, the facilities second to none, but most of all, the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff was exceptional. Highly recommended. If you haven't been....go!
Our room was fabulous and the bathroom was stunning! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent but jewel in the crown is the Spa. Its small but perfectly done. I will certainly be back. Best steam room I have been in by far. My treatments by Rachel were first class and products used were gorgeous. If there was anything that could be improved it would be a modesty blind at bathroom window and the pool being a degree or two warmer but I realise the implications of this, and these did not detract from the experience which was excellent. We will certainly be visiting again. Thank you.
We had a wonderful afternoon in the Spa. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. My massage was excellent as was the afternoon tea. I rarely, if ever, give 5 stars but this experience truly deserve it, as does every staff member we encountered, they all made it a great experience.
Really lovely hotel. Staff were so lovely and friendly. The room was gorgeous; we were very happily surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was amazing! We stayed and had the R&R spa package which was lovely. The spa was simply beautiful with lovely modern facilities. Had a great massage and lovely facial from a sweet lady called Ellie who did a brilliant job. More than happy with my stay so thank you! :)
A wonderful relaxing spa afternoon. The staff were outstanding & nothing was a problem for them. We challenged the chef as I am gluten intolerant and can’t eat onion or garlic! My sister is vegetarian but doesn’t eat fish 🐟 she’s also allergic to potato! We had an amazing lunch thank you so much. Our treatment in the spa was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Becky was so professional but my goodness she does a fantastic facial. All in all we had a great day just what we needed. THANK YOU 😊
