Again the drinks was taken we went to the toilet and left our belongings in the booth! So they was taken we had ordered them 5 minutes before going to the toilet! So your saying people are not aloud to purchase drinks and then use the facilities? Was not handled in a respectable Manor! Very appalling from staff members, even the bouncers didn't know why they was kicking us out!! We had caused no trouble and was respectful when we approached staff and asked regarding the situation, and then got manhandled out of the place!! Sorry but unexceptional behaviour.
My mum who is fighting stage 4 cancer booked a booth for my birthday left a 1* review as bar staff kept taking our drinks half drank and disposing of them. A lady who worked there came over to her an said are you going to change your review and when she declined she went and got the bouncers to kick us out whilst a couple of them was understanding an couldn't understand why this was happening one bouncer man handled my sister in law. The atmosphere in manhattens was dead. I travelled around 15 miles for my birthday night out in which could be the last one with my mum!!!! Will never ever visit again! Disgusting behaviour what happened of freedom of speech?
I was out with my mother in law and we had half drinks taken, we complained and they said our staff don't take drinks. She left a bad review and was the approached to remove the review. When she said no, the bouncers were called to throw us out. It was uncalled for, it was 2 half empty drinks out for me sisters in laws birthday. Mother in law has cancer and wants to make the most of time with family. No reasoning!
