It's a nice pub with a good outdoor space where you can take the dog. We popped in for a cake and coffee this Sunday as we had done previously but after ordering a black coffe, white coffee, hot chocolate and 3 cakes the bill was £32 which even with recent inflation was, in my opinion, too much. The cakes were nice though. Not sure we will be going back though.

Came here for an evening meal whilst on holiday 9th-16th August 2023. We had a lovely meal. I had locally caught haddock in cider batter 😋 my husband had a burger which he thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend and yes, there is parking available

Super village pub. Great staff and locals....wish we lived nearer! Our meals were outstanding. Photos tell all and, yes, I did lick the plate clean! (Pork belly and beef burger - 'best ever' according to Him Indoors!)

Excellent place. Food and service were perfect. We turned up late on fish and chip Friday and although the place was packed they offered us burgers instead which was perfect for us. The staff were great. We had the misfortune of being in the place at the same time as the entitled Mr and Mrs Neal, it's a shame we can't review other customers because there would be one stars all round. One half of the party had clearly had too much wine and was giving the staff a hard time over a third world problem and the other half had to tow the line for an easy life it would appear. Brilliant pub highly recommend.
