Great service from our friendly waitress today. Food is not Michelin star but not bad for a chain. Nice touch of free salad and bread. Great place to cater for children and adults together. Bread with the kebab was stale though.
Visited here this evening with my family. We ordered our food and I went up to the salad bar it was all yucky messy and looked so off putting. The cucumber looked that old that it had started to shrivel up. Potato salad looked really watery. There was a fly on the tomato. So dirty and unhygienic. It made me feel ill and really put me off, showed my partner the photo as I got back to our table and we chose to cancel our mains and go elsewhere. The waitress dealt with it well and removed the tomatoes from the salad bar told us that we didn’t have to pay for our 2 drinks and sincerely apologized. Overall the place made me feel sick, really needs a hygiene inspector to visit
I’ve enjoyed a super Saturday morning breakfast here. Nothing was too much trouble for my lovely server, James. He was personable and friendly. He kept an eye on my table but was unobtrusive. Made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely return. Thank you! 🙂
The food was fantastic! Hats off to the chef! Not greasy at all. We were surprised that the breakfasts were so big. Great value for money! Our servers were very friendly, introducing themselves which was a nice touch. Good work, Luigi and Joanna!
Didn’t serve us, said we have to order by mobile phone and we can’t sit at the tables inside only outside. we asked for our table to be cleaned after waiting 10 minutes and still wasn’t cleaned. We asked another person and still nothing. So we took the initiative and cleaned the table ourselves to make space for the food that was about to come. Pasta was rubbish. 4 pieces of pasta bill came to £70. Absolute joke, terrible service and even more terrible food.
