Long weekend in London, staying at the Mad Hatter Hotel. Fantastic location, staff and room. Rooms were fresh and clean, staff throughout were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the resteraunt meals were superb! Will definitely be back.
Phenomenal location, extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff. Fun pub for all your dining and beverage needs. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are mildly dated, and could use a refresh, but the beds are comfortable and overall our experience was outstanding.
We only stayed for one night but we loved our short stay. Would like to have stayed longer! Room was clean, tidy, and the bed was extremely comfy. Even had a view of St Paul's Cathedral from our window. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was brilliant. We will definitely be coming back again. Good value for money and convenient spot for a short London break.
Really enjoyed staying here. Staff are lovely, everything is clean, food is delicious and fresh. Rooms are spacious and have good facilities, and again, are really clean. The location is excellent, and if you want a black cab, loads go past so you can hail one really quickly. My only very small criticism is that some of the room decor is a bit tired, but not all of it, so its possible it's going through a bit of a rolling programme of refresh. I would absolutely stay here again.
The service we got from the staff was 5 star. Sammi at the front desk was a cool customer and gave us a warm welcome, he was also very helpful. Another young man at the front desk was just as helpful and organised a cab for us to the airport for 4am the following day. The restaurant staff had a packed breakfast / lunch ready for us as we left the hotel at 4am. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The London Eye, night food markets and other main attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. Also a special mention to the lovely people who clean and make up the rooms, they were kind enough to decorate the room for my wife and I when they found out we were travelling on our honeymoon.
