One of Liverpool's most historic pubs. Builti in 1869, Ma Egerton's stage door is named after the pub's longest- serving Land lady, Mary Egerton. They also host a wide variety of theatrical events.
As well as running various pubs in Liverpool, Mrs Egerton was a registered theatrical agent and entertained many of the visiting performers that were working in the city including; Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Sammy Davis Jr, Tom Jones, Charlie Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy and Harry Houdini. Indeed Ma’s is still a favourite haunt of performers from stage and screen.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door is open seven days a week 11am – midnight, serving fine ales, wines and spirits. Ma’s legendary Old Fashioned Pizza Shop will delight with rustic homemade Pizza named after our famous patrons along with Ma’s Showtime Cheeseboards which are available midday-midnight, seven days a week.

As always when ever in Liverpool make apoint to visit. It's part of the city's history with photo of film stars good service friendliness from staff and people passing through awaiting trains. But on top of all that the food 5 stars.
Stopped for lunch and could resist the scouse. Deliciously hearty food.
The nachos were amazing and the drinks were so nice very busy and loved it.
Excellent food and drink would recommend this place to all age's my pizza was fit and i just about eat it all
I love coming here. The staff are brilliant. When it's busy, they do their best to see to you as soon as they can. The scouse is amazing, as are the homemade pizzas. I can't walk past here without popping in 💕
