First visit to the Lorne today for dinner with my wife, staff very professional and polite, starter's great, main meal fantastic just wish I had space for the Desserts 😆 they looked amazing. Staff were very attentive but not over pushing, will definitely be back Advice, book before travelling especially after 5pm and weekend's.

Sat at the bar waiting for friends. Bar staff were very attentive and seated us as soon as our friends arrived. Our waiter appeared immediately and was observant and helpful. Various dishes ordered were fish and chips (huge portions!), leg of lamb with gravy, mash and veg (tender and delicious!) and lovely fresh desserts all at fair pricing. The Lorne is one of our favourite spots.
Had three separate evening meals here as I liked the quality, quantity and presentation of the food. The staff were great. Chatty, friendly and good service. Highly recommended. Suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Will definitely return to this restaurant when next in Dunoon.
