Worth travelling to for the comfortable atmosphere and ever changing range of well kept beers. Look out for the Beer Tapas. A fine evening on the third Tuesday of every month from April to September will see a good turnout of Classic cars. August 2023: Won N Herts Pub of the Year.
Simply put, the best kept beer in Herts. You won't get a better pint in a better pub. TT Landlord recommended but to be fair all the guest ales are well kept and varied. 10/10
Third Tuesday of the month April to September, classic car meet up. Good atmosphere, good selection of beer. Lovely evening with the sun going down.
Lovely pub with excellent range of real ales, great sandwiches and baguettes. Proper village pub.
A truly fantastic pub. The beer selection was amazing, fantastic choice for the real ale drinker. We had a sandwich each which tasted excellent. The landlord and regulars were very welcoming and friendly.
