Very pleased and welcoming
I was visiting London and was walking past the pub today when Nick the lovely manager and I got into conversation about the Royal British Legion. I walked into the bar and was taken by the friendliness and happy atmosphere once I entered. The customers were friendly and I think the atmosphere reflects Nick’s nice personality. I hope to return as I have never felt so welcome in a bar. It’s a real gem. Thanks Nick , a lovely pub.

Such a friendly and charming place. Friendly staff and customers. Prices are good too for the location.
Great place, good range of drinks at a decent price. Run by one of this country's greatest charities. Most definitely not feeding any war machine
