Terrible management. Beer was flat we complained she refused to change and said nobody complained (pregnant lady). Very rude. Moved our seats without asking constantly. Very poor service.

For my first ever visit to this venue, I was blown away by the exceptionally high standard of service from the bartender (I believe her name is Wendy? She was being assisted by Dorian IIRC?) The quality of drinks is top notch, it is reasonable value given the location in central London, the atmosphere was warm, friendly and the staff are friendly, competent, attentive without being intrusive. Would highly recommend Marylebone Live to anyone who wants to pull up a chair, chill out over some tasty pizza and a few cold ones in a lovely atmosphere.

*edit 2* this place is a great place for drinks after work, weekend events and more. The staff have been great in every visit and the entire establishment is clean and tidy. *edit* a few weeks later, great service, great standard of beer, thoroughly recommended as an establishment to frequent !!! This place has just opened, Nice to see a new place open up, great atmosphere and friendly staff. A great addition to the area.
