For the last two months, my husband and I have been regulars at this pub. They serve great food at affordable prices, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The cleanliness is noteworthy, and the staff is always vigilant about COVID safety. We highly recommend this pub for a fantastic experience!
Lovely boozer, an excellent governor and great staff , heard good thi gd about the food but haven't tried it yet,
Went on a Monday early evening. Asked for a glass of red wine and whisky and ginger ale. The waitress turned to the wine fridge and was going to get out a rose. When I corrected her she told me that they only had one small measure of red left. Apparently they had a busy afternoon and no more red wine @7pm??? They also didn’t have ginger ale? Drinks are cheap but don’t think I’ll want to try again when their available drinks are so limited.
Nice pub, with a fantastic manager and friendly staff. I've heard good things about the food but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
