As part of our Craft Cider Fest we have dreamy offer in the form of Belgium sparkling Stassen Cidre.
Crafted in lush Aubel Valley and steeped in artisan heritage and craftsmanship, Jean-Pierre Stassen and family have been bottling their expertise since 1895. With fine bubbles and a light taste, Stassen Cider is perfect for enjoying those fizz moments or sharing with food and we have some great small plates on offer.
Amongst our favourites are chicken skewers marinated in Ras el hanout with quinoa salad and coconut dressing; pea, feta and mint arancini balls; and the braised brisket cubes (as well as many more!).
Choose Stassen Rosé with raspberry and rhubarb notes, or Stassen Grand Cru, a medium dry cider with hints of maraschino cherry and rose, and any of our of small plates for £20. Available from Thursday 30th June, we recommend you book!
