A few reasons why this board game bar is stellar! 1. Board games are stored nicely and tidy 2. Board games don’t have missing pieces and are in excellent condition 3. Barmen knowledge on menus and games are second to none 4. Not only board games, digital games such as nintendo switches and arcade games are available! 5. Pints are reasonably charged too!
Absolutely epic staff. The bar is absolutely top notch and incredibly fun but the staff are what makes this place shine. So attentive and comforting. I've been many times but my first time I think I was served by a guy named Casper. Sorry if I got his name wrong but whomever he was, he was brilliant at making a comfortable space and holding positive conversation with a complete stranger. I've never felt so at home. Very nice that they cater to large mtg groups.
Fantastic little night out for any gamers, nerds and just for anyone who enjoys playing any sort of game, looking to have a great time. Super friendly staff and wonderful selection of food and drinks. Just wanted to give a shout out to Casper, for not only keeping us feeling welcomed but bringing Stellar service to the table. Not only this but I managed to pull my first enchanted rare here!! Something about this place must be magical!
Cannot find a fault in this place. Lovely staff, great games. The games are clean and seem new. Food is actually very tasty and cooked well. Drinks are fun and quirky with their own individual theme. Would recommend it so much. Great for birthdays and hang outs with a group of friends. And also perfect for dates
Love going here, the vibes are good and the game-themed cocktails are really brilliant. Sometimes game themed cocktails are sub-par, either bad mixology or regular cocktails with game inspired names but here they have created really nice cocktails that are well mixed 'and' game themed! I had the Monster Hunter, it was really tasty and boozy enough. I was there for an after party and they'd created a shot for the night, which was really good as well - kudos to the person they designs the drinks!
