Truly an amazing pub. Cheap prices and great service. Allison is always there being friendly and serving a great drink. Chris is a great new addition and incredibly helpful
Lovely small pub next to Smithfield Market. Great choice of beers. It was very quiet when I visited but would still recommend.
Dreary, cold and un-inviting. Used to drink here 30 years ago when I worked in Long Lane and it has definitely changed. Staff not very engaging but still £6.40 for a bottle of Pale Ale. Won’t be returning.
Another Samuel Smith's pub with their fabulous beers, and spirits. Good food too as I had the Steak and Ale pie and that was one of the kind. Thanks guys and keep it up!
This is a nice Sam Smith's pub that's worth a visit in this area. It's off the beaten track for tourists and whenever I've been there it's been pretty quiet, sometimes the bar staff had disappeared for a bit and it was just me and my bud on the whole main floor. I do like it's not busy. There are some really good pubs in this area and for a crawl this should be on the list I think. It's right next to St Bartholomew's hospital and there's a lot of high end places to eat near by like St John. I like Sam Smith's brews so I really liked hanging out here and letting time pass. I think the bar staff should be more available though.
