Don’t bother. Awful place. Dreadful service. Poor quality food. Edit - RESPONSE to Pitcher & Piano request below: Ordered Chicken Caesar Salad x2. 1x came up without chicken (despite requesting "same"). First meal finished, before second corrected meal came up. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Waited ages for drinks. Bill was incorrect. Despite booking in advance, table was tucked away at the back in a corner. We asked to be moved but was advised as we were only 3 people, we couldnt accomodate a booth.
What a wonderful experience, I booked this for our team Christmas lunch and it did not disappoint. The service was smooth and the staff very attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meal, I had the roast turkey which was delicious, perfectly cooked turkey, roast potatoes and vegetables. Having everyone's names and what they ordered on the table was just a great touch that again made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. We booked a private area for about 35 people for the night before my sons wedding in pitcher and piano. I spoke to the manager on the night and asked for all expenses, food and drink to go onto my credit card. I was assured that this was not a problem and told that they would like to update me on spend when it hit certain amounts. This was appreciated and done very privately. I can’t praise the staff highly enough!!! I work in the restaurant sector and have done for over 40 years. The staff at Pitcher & Piano are a credit to the industry. So professional and hard working whilst maintaining a friendly and most welcoming atmosphere throughout. Everyone commented on how good this experience was. Great food and drinks and great value. Thank you to everyone that worked that night, you made the night before the wedding perfect.
We had a private room for a Christmas meal The host was amazing! Made sure we had everything we needed and always checked in to see if we were all okay. Even added special touches like asked if we wanted music in the room etc. The food was good and the set up was so beautiful. It’s the 3rd year we’ve hosted our friends Christmas dinner here and we’re beyond happy with everything Thank you!
The food was great. We got the sweet potato fries and onion rings for appetisers and both were lovely. Not oily at all and flavourful. All mains we excellent with the thin pizza being the highlight. The ambience is lovely and the staff are friendly and courteous. We recommend it for a work lunch.
