Pop in to have something to eat, barman was nice, we both had love for jubel but unfortunately none on tap, instead I tried a cherry beer, after trying 3 different samples. Service was really nice, shame pub was not very busy. Food was good!
Must try restaurant at this iconic Hydrant restaurant and bar. Food is fantastic and you can try a variety of signature draft beers. 😋
Nice decoration authentic to its theme and great atmosphere, though it’s a bit loud if you’re looking for a place to eat and chill a bit. The fish and chips is great, a loved the extras too. Nothing to complain about the beer either, a very nice selection, definitely check it on their Untappd profile.
Great pub, nice atmosphere and fantastic food. We really liked how our sandwich and chicken waffle turned out. Portion sizes were sufficient and the food gave us enough energy for our activities on the rest of the day. We’d like to come back & recommend the Hydrant Monument! :)
Pub next to Momument, with great views of the same. Good range of vegan options. I had the vegan feta toastie with chips, for £10.95, which was very tasty & good value
