From the team behind the award winning The Sussex Arms in Twickenham and The Express Tavern in Kew, we proudly opened The Magdala Tavern on the 17th May.
The Magdala offers and excellent array of draught and bottled beer, fine wines and small batch spirits, freshly prepared food and a very warm welcome.

Very nice cosy pub near the overground and entrance to the Heath. The service is friendly and welcoming. We had the sticky pork belly and the schnitzel for main. In my opinion the schnitzel should be thinner but the pork was delicious. Also had an affogato at the end 😋☕
This is the best pub I’ve ever been. The place is just beautiful, the stuff is extremely friendly/helpful and the food is perfect, not to mention the great beer selection. My most honest five stars.
While so many Hampstead pubs have been gentrified and serve few well kept real ales, here is a shining example of what a local community pub should be. Beautifully preserved atmosphere, good range of well kept real ale's as well as keg craft beer, friendly and genuine staff who seem to enjoy working there, and really good bar meals. I wish it was my local but thankfully it is my daughter's so will be visiting regularly! A fantastic find and a joy to drink in
Causally ended up in this pub after the afternoon in Hampstead Heath and I was very impressed by the deliciousness of their Sunday roasts!! I chose the chicken ones and I believe it's one of the best roast I've had in London! I will surely go back and recommend it to friends!!
