I really enjoyed my time in this pub. The staff are lovely and attentive, the atmosphere was nice and warm and the food was amazing. I had Christmas dinner last month on a Tuesday so it was quiet but I loved it. I can tell it's a family pub, there were a few locals who stayed till late, the staff automatically knew what they needed. If you live in the Camden area you have to go to the lion and unicorn p.s. the Guinness is lovely 🤗
We had phenomenal waiters! They were so attentive and patient with or group of 10. The Sunday roasts were fabulous (our table had a range of beef, chicken, lamb and fish), the beef and pork definitely a winner on our table. Will be returning again. This is the perfect spot for large groups. You won’t be disappointed with all they have to offer. ‼️💗
Been on the market for a new local for a while and after a lot of research we came across The Lion & Unicorn and boy did it not disappoint! All the staff were friendly, attentive and professional, Kate was great from the moment we arrived! I don’t know many pubs who offer cucumber water! The food was delicious and we were spoilt for choice. The pub has a great community feel and is buzzing with people from all walks of life which adds a richness and a sense of belonging. Looking forward to coming back!
This is an absolute gem of a pub!! . We were recommended it after a business trip concluded near by and we had time to kill before our train. The fireplace and outdoor area are gorgeous, the food is delicious ! A little pricier than most pubs, but worth it Very romantic. Very good value. Staff couldnt do enough for you We were so impressed at the start of thefirst tour that we made sure we had enough time at the end of the second to visit again!
The best Sunday roast I've had in UK! Banging flavours from the start to finish. The pub has a really pleasant smokey scent and a fireplace, a perfect introduction to their delicious menu. Get mint sauce and stuffing on the side, then just wait to experience the best roast in London for a very good price as well.
