Both of our food halls have standalone bars that use fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed events programme and weekly DJs set an energetic vibe from day 'til night.
Our unique app-to-table ordering system enables guests to order from our extensive menu, without the hassle of queuing, everything is brought directly to your table. Both of our food halls are open 7 days a week for all-day dining and drinking.

We are unlikely to return. I'm only giving 3 stars based on the previous visit and the hope that our most recent experience was just a blip. We visited Arcade Food Hall & Bar for the first time over a year ago and we really enjoyed ourselves. I remember the food being tasty and the atmosphere was lively. Unfortunately, the most recent visit left us disappointed, which makes me think that either the quality has gone down or our first experience was made positive because of a few drinks we had and the company we were in. Pros: central location, spacious, the QR ordering system, the choice of menu Time of the visit: lunchtime (weekend) On arrival: the hostess looked bored and we were greeted with the 'how many people' question. She indicated to follow her to our table but then seemed to have changed her mind and took us to a different table saying something about her manager (we didn't quite catch what it was) The atmosphere: it wasn't the most electric since it was a lunchtime service but I was surprised how chilly it was inside the restaurant. I ended up sitting with my hat on and there were moments when I considered putting my jacket on. I could see other diners wearing their hats and fleeces. Food: the choice offered was perfectly adequate and the waiting time was reasonable but to echo the sentiment of many reviewers we were surprised with the portion sizes. My meal (wrap) was good and I really liked the spicy sauce it came with but my partner's dishes were average at most. The burger from the kid's menu with waffle fries was fine and my child liked it a lot. Service: At no point after the food had arrived were we approached by the staff to be asked the customary 'is everything ok? etc. Also, I found it very strange that my son was not offered crayons; instead he was given a black biro pen (we had problems to make it work) and paper with the instructions to draw his favourite fish. Needless to say, he didn't. The bill: We left feeling let down. The amount of money spent and the service charge included (for the minimum service) felt disproportionately high to the sizes and quality of the food served. On departure: there was no one to ask about the meal, say goodbye to us or invite us back; the hostess looked even more bored at that point. Overall not a great experience.
Great experience. Love that all you need is your phone. Quick and easy online order. They serve you, right wherever you are sitting. Great idea. Great choice of kitchens and what they offer. Drinks were good. Love the vibe bar with loud music and people that are having fun.
Lovely staff! Probably the best gourmet burger on the cheaper side I've ever had! The North Indian tandoori chicken burger is just so good! One thing I have to praise, me and friend went, he got his food 15 mins before me, I asked where my order is and the waiter said it'll be on the way ASAP, and I HAD A FULL REFUND! WOW!
The best experience at The Arcade Food Hall, so much fun and the staff were incredibly friendly!! We went for the bottomless lunch which truly was bottomless, a bit too bottomless as it was not clear exactly how much food we were actually ordering. It felt a shame to have to waste the leftovers (you can’t take any home). The food was all lovely and was exceptionally flavourful and of high quality despite the cheap price! I feel like a lot more could’ve been done with desserts however as there was only ice cream. I think the bottomless experience is great fun and a great way to sample many of the dishes available. I was also unaware that there’s apparently an arcade downstairs, I wish someone would’ve told me. Would have loved to see it! Overall great time and great staff.
This place is amazing. A food hall but you are seated in an elegant dining room and order food from various "stalls" online and it's brought to your table. The options include Mexican Nepali Indonesian Indian and Japanese. There is also an American option. The food was mostly small plates and ideal for sharing. Everything we ate was superb from the pork taco to the paneer. And there's a good cocktail beer and wine selection. Prices extremely reasonable. Service was five star. Attentive and helpful. This is the first time I've been to a five star food hall and you won't see anything like this routinely so if in London you must try. And location extremely central right by the Tottenham Court Rd tube. Oh and ignore the reviews that say the portions are too small. THEY ARE SMALL PLATES. Yes, you have to order several plates to make a meal. Have these people never been to a tapas restaurant?? Prices are reasonable despite some of the reviews especially for the quality of the food. I ate and drank till I couldn't breathe for 45 quid and that included a delicious margarita. I ordered Nepali Indonesian and Indian plates. Couldn't even eat it all. So prices are indeed reasonable and yes small plates are SMALL!! If you only order one small plate you will be disappointed.
