Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in, Lorraine was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Food amazing, absolutely perfect and the lovely Lee was also fantastic, very polite and helpful indeed. We would definitely come back again!
One of the most enjoyable pubs you can visit. The staff were so welcoming and after meeting the landlord I can see they all follow his lead. Make people happy with good food and good company. The homemade steak and stout pie was better than my mum's!!! As a solo visitor I came out feeling I was welcome any time. A definite must try if you are in the area 😉
Lovely food, welcoming landlady and staff especially the young lad serving as the food fantastic managers for his age ❤️, very accommodating as we had two dogs, with one not being to happy around other dogs they let as chose where we wanted to sit when we got there for comfort for her 😘 definitely be back when down that way again. Thank you to you all at the London inn for making us feel so welcome x
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The young waiter who served us was the best we have had for a long time. The menu was varied and what we had was good. BUT no vegetables. Not even offered as an extra side order. We did ask but there were no vegetables. Two of us had liver and onions with bubble and squeak thinking that we would at least get some cabbage but alas this was not to be. I couldn't find my cabbage The tables were a bit too close together in the bar area which made it a bit of a nuisance to get in and out to get to the bar for drinks.
The London Inn is a very warm & welcoming pub. They serve food up till 8.30pm. The food is very good value for money & freshly cooked. The staff are very friendly/very polite/ informative. We had a very happy/relaxed time when there. Will say the 3 x staff that were there most evenings (Ben/Georgia/Henry) are an asset to The London Inn @ Kilkhampton.
