Christ the King is situated in Childwall Liverpool serving the areas of Wavertree, Broadgreen, Knotty Ash, Bowring Park and Roby as a local parish centre.
We offer a welcoming and safe environment for our members and visitors with free Wl FI for all our customers. With Sky Sports and BT sports. We show all the best sporting events on our large screens. We have a popular separate Billiards room which hosts 3 full-size snooker tables and area dedicated to darts. Live entertainment is provided every Saturday evening along with cash prize bingo and find the joker.
Tuesday is BINGO day with our afternoon bingo and music from 1pm- 4pm and our cash bingo night from 8pm both in the James English Suite.
Our Wednesday QUIZ bingo is popular with all ages in the lounge or have a sing-song with our Irish Guards male choir in the James English suite.
Our James English suite is a large well-presented function room that can host parties and gatherings upto 200 guest and has a outside seating area.
We can cater for all events; birthdays, weddings, christenings, communions and any other special occasions.
Our comfortable lounge and large James English suite are both available for hire for funerals and our friendly experienced staff will be happy to help with any arrangements.
We have many excellent facilities including parking, baby changing and disabled access and toilets throughout.

We held a wake here recently. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room itself is great for events . We had the room decorated , and it looked loverly. The toilets were very clean too. The club has its own car park, which is a plus . Would recommend this club to anyone and will definitely use it again in future . So thank you all .
The venue was excellent. The staff very helpful. We all enjoyed the food served too. Aldo lots of parking with easy access to motorway and Queens drive.
Went there for a buffet after a funeral, the place is great for this sort of thing , comfortable seating well set out, nice well kept hall, these type of places are getting scarce, many venues now closed, can highly recommend
Parish social club with friendly staff, well stocked bar and well-kept premises.
Highly recommend this parish club we had our little boys christening. Each member of staff went above and beyond including changing times anything we needed they was on hand. Very bubbly and chatty behind the bar and prices really good !! Thank you so much ladies I can’t wait have our next one ! Xx
