Very bad experience and customer service was shocking. Arrived with my partner and came for 1 drink . All tables had reserved sign but nobody on the tables at the time . We told staff 3 unpleasant rude young girls who told us to move even though there was nobody on the tables at the time . We ask the staff to find us a seat but not interested to help out . Very unpleasant shocking service from all staff. If I was the manager they would all get the sack I should of know better not to go anywhere where staff look like barbie dolls again . Thank you for the wonderful experience
Unpleasant experience. Seems to be run by incompetent, rude teenage girls with huge ego's more concerned about their appearance and talking to each other than serving customers. Not a single table to sit at for a drink as every table was empty and supposedly 'reserved'. Were told we can't sit anywhere because the tables then need to be cleaned and if we wanted to have a drink at a table we would need to pay £25! Surely not every table is arriving at once. Bar staff were pleasant but certainly can't say the same for the rest. Absolute disrespect towards customers. Would not recommend.
Absolutely loved it here, the party vibe was amazing! Eliot and Ethan served me and they were great, best Espresso Martinis I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend!
This was not for me.... service was great but was not impressed with the cocktails. Aiming for mass market I think and for a younger set.... I'm probably just a bit old and grumpy....
Great selection of cocktails and really good value when it's 2 for 1. Nice atmosphere as quite a strict door policy so no big groups of men. Really good location on Greek Street.
