Visited for a carvery and left absolutely STUFFED! The carvery was great quality and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is well decorated and a pleasant environment, the place was also packed. They are clearly popular! I would highly recommend this place for the carvery.
Good food and environment. Only issue is sticky tables which I know is from the anti bac but a little off putting. Some training needed with some front of house staff to anticipate what customers might need but will definitely go back as it's a central location and the food is generally good.
Had a roast meal, beef, cold and tough, roast potatoes had been reheated at least twice, so too hard to eat, vegetables, cooked to extinction, soft slimy. The desert was supposed to be a biscoff cheese cake, it was a mousse. I could not eat the food total waste of money. On the plus side the service was friendly and professional
Enjoyed a very nice lunch with new friends. All mains were good but sadly 1 of the sponge deserts had a dark hair cooked into it. They did apologise and replaced it with a fresh cooked one and charged half price for her desert.
Located on the main road with a car park at the back. A nice pub/restaurant.Service was great even though it was quite busy on a Friday night. Menu is quite varied & reasonably priced for a weekday/Saturday, Sunday is a carvery. Enjoyed the meal, very tasty with large portions. Didn't have dessert belly was too full 🥲
