This site has so much potential but it’s lacking in all areas. Caravan was pet friendly but stunk of wet dog, like over powering. Went and bought some fabreeze and an air freshener. None of the sides were clean so had to whip everything down. Only 1 key between 5 adults. The site was flooded at a t-junction so got wet when a car went through. Very muddy between caravans, car got stuck. No street lighting on main road. Food places ok, be prepared for a long wait. 2 hours for papa johns. Site states dog friendly but only 1 place you can actually take your dog to eat. We carried our small dog through the arcades to be told to get out. No instructions on where activities take place, spent ages trying to find the place - staff didn't even know. It's across the main entrance in. Nothing to do when raining. Would have left early if we could.

This place will always have little piece of my heart been coming since my daughter was little now a grown adult. We still love going and my daughter still loves coming with us. Its a great place for a family holiday and if the weather is cracking ( not always in the UK ) its a beautiful place. The caravans are always clean I'm not saying all the time but most of the times I have been never had any issues. All round its a good family holiday and what's not to love when you have that lovely beach every day.

Amazing from start to finish, Painless check-in as they take Car Registration on booking, a fantastic variety of caravans and lots of upgrades seem to be going on throughout the park. We were allocated a caravan on the BRAND NEW "Ash Court" section of the park, and it is absolutely stunning, each caravan equipped with it's own driveway, dishwasher, Bluetooth audio, TVs with DVD players, excellent facilities and a balcony. To anyone who hasn't visited before, you must give it a go. We travelled from Newcastle and it was about 2hr55 but an easy drive, the location of the park is fab.

They have spent a lot of money upgrading the facilities on site which is great however for 4 of us to play the tiny crazy golf would have been £40 and that's one of the cheaper activities. The new chicken restaurant is really good. Stay away from the carousel food never had a good meal in there. But we would stay again

I can’t describe how awesome this sight is for us as a family (except for accommodation). My daughter has severe complex needs and we are always looking for sites that are flat for her wheelchair. The site itself is very accessible. The facilities are good and I have found in the last few years that we have gone there, the staff cannot do enough for you. The accommodation does let things down and unfortunately this may be the last year we visit- which is a shame because the kids love the lazy river and slides. We are a party of 5. We were told when asked at booking that they didn’t have 3 bedroom accessible caravans available. As a result, my husband and myself had to sleep on a pull out bed. Sleeping for a week on a pull out was awful and by the end of the holiday I couldn’t wait to get home. We honestly didn’t sleep properly for the week. There were hooks for hoists but the caravan didn’t really have the equipment required for moving and handling and as a consequence I pulled a muscle. We have got to the point that we love the site but the caravans are not really appropriate for my daughter’s needs. This might be something to consider if you need an accessible caravan.
