The food was very filling and perfect so if you have a big appetite then this is the pub for you. I would recommend also using the campsite of which we used. The waiters that we had were very polite, kind and positive. Food was a good size, and the desserts were amazing 👏 . I would recommend having the ribs as they were very juciy and scrumptious. This pub is dog friendly
We visited the Lighthouse Inn last night to Celebrate a Birthday and what an amazing experience it was! We were greeted by 2 members of staff who were very welcoming. We were asked what we’d like to drink and then taken to our table. The food was great and the price very reasonable too. The experience from start to finish was exceptional - the staff went over and above making sure the Birthday girl didn’t see them bringing the Birthday cake out and joined in with the Happy Birthday singing! We will definitely be visiting again, and thank you to all the Lighthouse Inn staff for a great evening.
We stayed the night here on Friday after a last minute decision to come away. They had one pitch left for £20 with out HU. Sadly we were too late for food so we ate in our van. That night we had a bad rain storm and the next morning we found our van sitting in a large pond 😂 We decided to move on the next morning so we can’t comment further
We stumbled across The Lighthouse Inn whilst walking the Deep History Coast, and we were so pleased we did! We sat in the garden with our dog, where there were plenty of bowls for water already out, which was handy. We had the roast dinner today, which was lovely! Staff were friendly and service was great.
Definitely worth a visit. Dropped in by chance as only passing and found this gem. Fantastic homemade food, friendly staff, great service. Not cheap but reasonably priced for the quality of food you receive.
