This pub opened during the 2nd world war as The Bricklayers Arms and for some time it was renamed Shifty O’Sheas before reverting back to its original name. The pub was extended in 1983 to incorporate adjacent shop. After a two year closer the pub was extensively refurbished and reopened its doors in March 2015. It consists of one large open plan L-shaped room and out the back is a partially covered courtyard/smoking area. During the period of cod-void 19, the pub again closed for number of years and later reopen in a bigger way and named "FOXHUT BAR" The pub looks fantastic both from outdoor to indoor. The pub also opened a fantastic kitchen and introduced Great Pub Classic Food and well tasty African cuisine. Also Shows all live Sports. BT (TNT SPORTS) SKY SPORTS, AMAZON SPORTS.

Great place to chill and chat with friends without having to shout. Very cosy atmosphere with nice bartenders. Vegan roll was tasty.
Fantastic boozer. Lovely old wooden panelling. Good bar staff. Darts board. Brilliant Samuel Smith ales. When you think of a london boozer, you think of places like this. Quiet outdoor spot too + reasonably priced drinks. Charming.
Such a cool little pub in the middle of retail madness. Small but super friendly with the cutest of dogs to make you feel at home. Only stopped by for a drink, but would highly recommend this little haven in a busy area.
Nice old boozer with a darts board and comfy upstairs with sofas for make out sessions.
A group of eight of us went in last night. The pub was very very quiet. Before we got to ordering, the barman picked a strange argument with one of our party for eating from a packet of popcorn he'd brought in. It was very odd, so we left immeditaely.
