Came here during some night training on the river. As I am not from the area, I had 0 idea what to expect, and I have to say, it was amazing. The staff were immediately friendly and, as a pretty large group, sorted out payment, food choices, and the table immediately. The veggie options were insane! They had a whole specials board for just vegeterian option's. There were plenty on the menu as well. Beer, soft drink, and cider selections were extensive. Prices were VERY good for the local area. The pub itself was stunning. Roaring fire, atmospheric and comfortable even on the chilly evening. The local drinkers were very friendly and were not phased at all by a group of randoms rocking up in boating gear. All in all, the pub was stunning, the food was excellent, the price was good for down west and the staff were great. It's worth a drive out of your way to go visit. It has its own boat jetty as well.

Amazing view a must visit place! Food was better than expected, pretty good selection of ales , beer, wine and cocktails! I ordered the Seaweed beef burger which was super tasty and the fries were very well cooked.

Just had a lovely meal here. Nice to finally find some traditional Welsh food served quickly by some lovely, friendly, attentive staff. Excellent prices, excellent quality and flavour and good selection of food both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Ample parking. Had the cawl starter, butternut squash, beans and cheese pie (was lightly spiced) and four layer chocolate fudge cake with the creamiest vanilla ice-cream.
