A great little pub / sports bar, with 2 TVs showing sports events and a reasonably stocked bar. It was fairly quiet on this visit but can get pretty busy in the evenings, especially with a popular game showing. Seating isn't the most comfortable.
Still a good place to go. Everyone is friendly.
Paul and Amanda always welcoming, football or sport of some sort usually on around the weekend, beer good and not expensive for Harrogate. Note, they don't offer food, hence the 0 stars for food.
Dog friendly. Good range on tap. No food except nuts and crisps etc. Sport on the telly. Great little pub to have a beer
Great selection of drinks, welcoming staff and very dog friendly

Located in the Montpellier quarter, close to the Pump Room Museum and Valley Gardens, the pub's name refers to the fact that until 1815 an earlier Inn, The Bell existed on the site.
