OK but not brilliant as for me personally they just don't meet my needs and management+seniors need major improvements changes Night 🌙 staff blessing and shola is outrageous bad as they don't want to do any work after 12am other than sleep 😴 on the sofe and refuse to do simple task such as support to make lunch for ect Organisation of the home is poor making service users to pay for staff transport on there 1 to 1 days which for myself who has just £35 a week to last is a struggle and means i cannot do anything with a 10hrs 1 to 1 on a Saturday. Staff force residents to clean there bedroom and clean there own electric goods if dust gets to full on TV,ps5,fridges and fans when they got a cleaner and maintenance team who can do this but no they force residents to do themselves. There is about 3 of us who got mental health with depression 🫥 and anxiety issues which is another issue staff cannot handle & struggle to help us properly as in the home they should onsite psychologicals to help in crisis needs. And the list of problems and issues is endless so this home needs ti be close down & everyone moved out temporarily and the home needs a major refurbishment to keep update with modern day standards has it doesn't feel safe here at all as i feel unsafe

Dirty smelly and poor care. I have moved my sister out. To a lovely new home. Your staff are very good I feel sorry the have to work at this place priory should be ashamed to put there name to this place
