We attended The Springfield for drinks and buffet after my dad's funeral. The buffet was very good and plenty to choose from, the service was good too. All round everything was good. Thank you.
Good folk gathering. Traditional building and good atmosphere. Great land lord.5 star everything for pool, rugby league, and a pint.
The 3 course menu service is phenomenal at £12.99 or £10 for two courses the steaks are done to perfection lager and spirit are a reasonable price and a huge selection of fine wines and cocktails althought the landLord can be grumpy at times he's a good man throw him half a pint and he'll chat to you for hours home from home is the Springfield cafe/hotel 😎
Historic interior with original bar and snug rooms. Only thing that let it down was beer choice, only had 1 real ale on tap.
