Main - Taxas Jack burger, burger was juicy but bun let it down as it was rock hard. Cheesy meltdown Burger, by far the better choice Atmosphere and staff were friendly and polite Views were amazing and stunning

My daughter recently had her 21st birthday party in the upstairs function room. I have to say that the staff were fantastic …… Matt C, Matt H, Debbie and Charlotte. A big thank you to you all as nothing was too much trouble. All was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Came here today after walking round the lake in the rain. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. They have a dog menu, water dispenser and bowls. They gave us a blanket to dry off our dog which was much appreciated.

I'm a little disappointed with the food. My partner had the carvery. Potato's looked and tasted like they had been made in a microwave. Gammon and beef was good. Yorkshire pudding was freshly cooked but extremely oily I had the mixed grill. Sausages either undercooked or just cheap quality very soft. Steak was supposed to be medium, was rare. Poor quality steak. Forgot my onion rings. Gammon 5/5 Chicken 5/5 Egg 5/5 Sausages 1/5 Peas 5/5 Chips 2/5 Wouldn't visit again

Pleasant restaurant with great lake views. They have a europarks car park which is free for customers of this establishment. The interior is lovely and welcoming and the staff equally so. We found ourselves a table and went to order, it took a little while to be noticed and I'd say I was waiting at the bar for about 3 minutes, not a problem normally if staff are busy, but it was with no acknowledgement of any kind. Ordered 2 meals a starter and 2 drinks and came to just over 30 pounds. Food was very tasty and the service was quick and friendly. 10/10 onion rings and chicken, a must try when visiting!
