Friendly contemporary refurbished pub with plenty of space to relax following walks on the moors in and around Ramsbottom. Outside seating available to the rear of the property and three rooms inside (one has a pool table). Sky sports available on screens throughout the venue. Nice pub, visited several years ago and pleased I went back.
Dog Friendly! Great service and atmosphere. A decent menu however the food was average.
The service is great and staff is friendly. The food is in-standard (but slightly expensive) Because of its unique location, it is a great place to recharge yourself if you are waiting for the steam train in Ramsbottom Station.
It’s not bad, and the beer garden is quite big, and quirky
So I have to give my first one star review in years. Anyone that thinks I'm malicious can check my other reviews that are overwhelming positive. But here I'd give no star if I could. The service is appalling. The staff are obviously poorly trained. I blame the management more than them. But the mix up and poor service isn't the worst thing it's the attitude. Sort of like how dare you complain. The manager came out of the kitchen with immediately the body language of wanting an argument. Please save your money. There are many better places in the area.
