Small local, pleasant landlord and landlady. Vintage TV playing unobtrusively, music at just the right level. Live music at the weekends, when it reputedly gets very busy.
Unpretentious and friendly.
Disgusting woman , who - says, she runs the pub, i believe shes only the manager, but in anycase shes so anti-disability that she talks down and loud to you for even asking to use the toilet, the disability laws say you cant treat people with disabilities like she does - with as though theyre second class citizens. I tried keeping my cool with her until her mouth got more and more diabolically ruder and out of order. One excuse was she didn't know im disabled by looking at me, er with a walking stick? Really? But thats besides the point, she's rude out of that pub too, cross the road just before Christmas she was just the same rudeness then when i just asked her to make room in queue by queuing properly like ya supposed to, but no she mouthed off loud there too. Im gonna get police to have a go as soon as i can too. Shes certainly not keeping the disability laws to mind and ive had enough of people like her.
Absolutely great pub with enjoyable entertainment very enjoyable night very friendly staff
Always love coming in this pub when I come to Blackpool, Very clean, live entertainment, good food and drink and fast service.
Great fun and everything that I love about Blackpool. Lovely bar staff ( I have a soft spot for Brian ha ha) who dance along with the eclectic music from their talented DJs. Friendly door staff too who keep this a friendly and welcoming bar. Well done to all concerned, we always have a cracking time.
Nice little traditional pub away from the fun pub discos wine bar bistros. Only criticism would be that the landlord spent too much time sitting with his friends leaving the bar without cover and people waiting. Live football.
