What a disappointment! We had so many visits here snit this was my last . If changes have been made to your products itâs important that you inform your customers not just for allergies but also for general guest satisfaction. We had to send out meals back and order an alternative due to the chicken used in their burgers being completely different from the usual product (the texture, look and taste). We opened for the beef burger instead after requesting a new meal, only to receive âpunishment on a plateâ in the form of a burger that was significantly over cooked, badly presented and thatâs before we get to how the situation was handled. Granted the young man who assisted us first was understanding, polite and helpful the same cannot he said for the âmanagerâ on duty Paul who had no business being in such a role. As a manager it is your a duty to ensure customer satisfaction as appose to avoiding eye contact and approaching every other table to see show their experience was going (yep we watched you speak with atleast 3 tables before you lowered your eyes and scurried past us). Once we got Paulâs attention it was clear to see why we didnât want to communicate, he has no idea how to. Granted we were issued a full refund and promptly took ourself to Nandos - the whole situation could have been avoided had you just taken ownership instead of saying âwell the chef hasnât noticed a changeâ if he canât tell the different between Butter Chicken Burger & Garlic & Herb maybe you need a new chef (and a new manager).
Very disappointed with our visit. The menu has been changed which limited our choice. Meal ordered of pizza and a steak meal. Unfortunately both of these were cold on arrival at the table. When staff advised of cold pizza they took it to the kitchen and heated it in the microwave making it dry. The steak had been ordered as medium rare and was over cooked. The serving staff were very good and apologised offering a free drink. Due to the unfortunate events both meals were returned and we left cooking a meal when we got home. It is a shame as it was one of our favourite places to eat. On the plus side well done for the high quality of serving staff.
Outside really nice and clean place. We had a family meal. For food we wasnât waiting to long but it wasnât first quality too. Our table was by the darts and people was so loud we wasnât able to talk.
Happily surprised, nice venues, good quality food and lots of staff! Enjoyed my meal and time, will definitely go back! Thanks!
