Spent Christmas Eve afternoon here - such a friendly atmosphere and the best karaoke singers I've ever heard! Might just become a new Christmas tradition🎄

Listed grand ll. Bar+ 3 rooms all in good condition. Hardwood. Green tiles. Engraved glass .look at heating pipes underneath the seating. Good beer and staff.
This is a classic pub, and now a very rare building. Without support it would be a travesty to loose this original style public house. All credit to the Holts Brewery currently! At the Eccles tram stop just visit! Cask beer superb ( full bar range) Photos attached Cheers & support!
