Family met up here after funeral. The owner was so helpful. He put the football match on for us to watch and we had a great night. The owner was more than helpful organising taxis for us and kept checking up on us till they came. Lovely atmosphere in there.
Popped in for some lunch. Amazing value food and drink, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again when I. Basingstoke.
Visited purely to watch football with friends. Good food for the price. Like most pubs, toilets could do with an upgrade. More efficient hand driers. Bar service was excellent & very friendly
Really good atmosphere for the football. Beer is good. Good service, even when busy they seem to get to you quickly, and always polite, even when rushed. Seem to have professional bar staff which is not easy to always find. Good proper pub
Very friendly pub. Food excellent, have had breakfast here which was very good, and was piping hot. Have also had lunch here consisting of cheese and beans jacket potato and side salad, and again the food was piping hot and excellent. Mondays to Fridays they do an OAP's special of 25%off so even better. Is worth a visit.
