Super place, very good feel with people, beers etc. & food. We mostly pop in for lunch during the week. Nice to relax before going back to the library where i'm doing a little local history research. The campus has some nice walks by the way.
Bar a bit small so queuing inevitable but food and drinks well priced and good quality, great atmosphere and music, with live jazz band last Friday night. Used to park outside but now there's railing and no cars so think it's not possible anymore

Nice bar. Good friendly staff. Great place to meet your daughter/son when visiting them at Uni for a pint and food. Popular with students as busy. Outdoor covered area.
Great venue for food, drinks, and being merry. Prices are good as generally.is the food. Staff are lovely and so helpful; nothing is too much trouble. I really enjoy this place. It does have some outside seating also. It also plays lots of good music. Being on campus, it is popular with students. Well worth a visit for a fair priced pint.
