Ideally located for a nice country walk and a breakfast before or a meal and a drink during or after. Fantastic food for all , good array of vegan and gluten free on the menu . Highly recommended and our favourite place to go to for walks and food .

We had lunch today and enjoyed our meal. The lunch menu is limited but we both found a starter, main and dessert we enjoyed. The food was nicely presented and well cooked. As a personal preference I would have liked my mussels to have had 30 seconds less time in the pan, but sauce was very good and the bread alongside the chips is a nice touch. My wife's smoked haddock was excellent. The dessert choice was limited but we both thought the panna cotta was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive and the cost of the food was about right. We paid £67 including a 10% service charge but were given a Wednesday discount of £15%. I will return and would recommend The Willow and Brook to others but I got the impression that the lunch menu does not change regularly which would put me off from becoming a regular visitor.

I have been meaning to visit this place for some time and finally got to on a very nice Sunday afternoon. A table had been booked in advance for Sunday lunch and we sat outside in the courtyard area. For me it was roast pork followed by blueberry bakewell. The roast was very nice but I think it lacked seasoning, so didn't wow unfortunately. The dessert was lovely though and the staff were fantastic.

What a wonderful lunch! Staff fantastic and the food was gorgeous. Such a treat to be told everything on the menu was available to me, i have coeliac disease and often struggle. Cannot recommend this lovely pub enough. As pics show portions were huge! We ate every morsel lol thankyou very much.

A wonderful restaurant, in a great setting, serving higher end gastro food. Lovely outside space as well as small bar and larger restaurant. Portions were very generous (especially the fillet steak) and some courses had a little theatre. The staff were welcoming and polite. 4 people, 3 courses (2 shared deserts) and a bottle of wine cost £200 including tip.
