Me, my wife and little girl stopped here randomly a couple of weeks ago. The food was very good and the service was great. A nice friendly gem of a pub. Worth a visit for lunch or dinner!
Such a welcoming pub and always a friendly hello . From start to finish it was yummy, whether you have the ribs, burger or roast, my favourite is the apple crumble and custard. Portions are plentiful, fresh and hot. A good selection of home made food. Will definitely go again even if it’s just for the crumble
Definately recommend this pub. Went for family birthday meal, really enjoyed the roast pork dinner. Loved the Yorkshire puddings! Service was great, friendly and very accommodating, chef brought out the birthday cake!
First visit here. Friendly efficient staff. Great food at good prices. Definately worth a visit.....or 2......or 3 !! Still a great place for pub grub and a pint. Again,great friendly staff. No changes. Still good food and great staff. Food still great. Staff still great. Service great. No changes thankfully.
Nice little place, the staff are friendly and we had a good chat with the chef about his food and travels. Had a “local, all American” pub feel to it which we liked - there are no frills here, the food is hearty, freshly prepared and will leave you feeling satisfied. We enjoyed our meal and if we were local, we’d go often!
