Our first visit to this pub and yet we only live in St Austell. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We will definitely be back.
We had the extended family (12 people) to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday at the Kings Arm. Darren and his team decorated a private room for us and I requested a dark chocolate and whiskey for the occasion. It was a warm, cosy and intimate setting for all of us on a cold winter night. The food was fresh and delicious. The dark chocolate and whiskey cake as a great hit for everyone! A great local pub in Tregony.
Love this place. The food is homemade and always great quality they have an excellent chef. Great size portions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. For locals and tourists alike you need to try this place. P.s make sure you book as they are always busy.
What an amazing find, a little gem. Just turned off the main road and stopped at the first place we found - and very glad we did. It was quiet (being right at the end of lunch service) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good honest food (best batter on a pub fish and chips we've had in years) and reasonably priced. WARNING though... The banana waffle dessert is enormous! 😀
We stopped by on our way home for some food and were greeted by friendly staff and Irish folk music. The homecooked vegetable curry and fish and chips were delicious, and the atmosphere in the garden and pub was warm and relaxing. We'll definitely be back. Apologies there's no pictures of the food we we were too hungry to wait.
