About us

Landing itself a premier position on the corners of Broughton and Barony Street, Kin is the brainchild of seasoned bartenders Jody Buchan and Sam Baxendale. When it comes to mixing drinks, these guys know their stuff and with a combined CV peppered with favourited local haunts like Bramble and The Voyage of Buck, as well as bars as far afield as London and Cologne, they've got some serious liquour-based accolades under their belt.

Kin may be compact, but the candlelit tables and welcoming service make it a lovely wee nook to snuggle into of an evening. Standing out amongst the city central bar scene is no easy challenge these days, but with a sharply tuned menu and lashings of creativity, this pair seem determined to make their mark.
