We seek an experienced and creative Head Chef to deliver dining excellence and motivate a small team in our increasingly busy pub, restaurant and function suite.
If you are looking for a new challenge where you can demonstrate your culinary skills and provide exciting and innovative menu choices as well as cater for events such as weddings and parties then we want to talk to you. You will need to run and organise all aspects of a busy kitchen including ordering, costing and stock monitoring.
